Join us at the the Cottons Hotel, Knutsford for a three-course lunch, including coffee and after-lunch entertainment.  Bookings must made, along with menu choices, by 7 January, 2022.

Calamari, rocket salad, lemon & oregano mayonnaise

Main courses

Tuscan butterflied chicken breast, peppercorn sauce, confit tomato, portobello mushroom and new potatoes

Grilled fillet of sea bass, tenderstem broccoli, new potatoes & lemon hollandaise

Inka-fired cauliflower steak with oregano, lemon & chilli, confit tomato, portobello mushroom and twice-cooked chips (V)

Rigatoni pasta, slow cooked shin of beef, pork shoulder & Calabrian ‘Nduja ragu,
parmesan, spicy pangrattato, garlic ciabatta

Glazed lemon tart, clotted cream & raspberries
